Preisdent ERC3643 Association

ERC3643 is now cited by the SEC. That credibility starts with brand, community, and consistent positioning.

The starting point

When I started working with the ERC3643 Association, the entire project was greenfield. No brand, no web presence, no community infrastructure. Just a technically sound Ethereum standard with real institutional potential and no marketing foundation to unlock it.

The challenge was convincing traditional finance names (banks, asset managers, regulated entities) that an open-source blockchain standard deserved a seat at their table.

Brand & web

I developed the visual identity from scratch: color palette, typography, and a design language positioned at the intersection of blockchain and institutional finance. The goal was to look credible to a compliance officer and legible to a developer at the same time.

The website served as the association's digital home, a multi-page CMS build featuring the mission, member showcase, educational resources, and a historical timeline of the standard's development. It became the foundation everything else was built on.

Social media

I ran the LinkedIn and X presence end-to-end. The content strategy focused on translating a complex technical standard into language that institutional decision-makers could actually act on. Educational posts, event coverage, webinar promotion, and thought leadership that positioned ERC3643 as the definitive framework for compliant tokenization.

In 17 months, the LinkedIn following grew from zero to 2,800, built entirely through organic content, with no paid promotion.

Community

I built and managed the community on Hivebright, serving as the primary point of contact for every member. That meant personally onboarding each organisation, maintaining ongoing relationships, and creating reasons for members to stay engaged; webinars, event presence at EthCC and Digital Assets Week, speaking opportunities, and Cointelegraph coverage that gave the community external credibility.

The result was 100+ members spanning both worlds: Blockchain brands like Chainlink and Polygon alongside traditional finance institutions like ABN AMRO and Invesco. In 2024, the association received the Deloitte Digital Assets prize, recognition I'm proud to have contributed to.
